Members of our staff speak English, Spanish and German. We offer our patients techniques using state of the art technology. |

Payment Information
We accept a number of dental insurance plans and will complete the necessary insurance forms free of charge. We also accept Visa®, MasterCard® and Discover®. Payment plans may be arranged for more involved or long-term treatments. Please ask about our Senior Citizen Discount.

Dental Emergencies
If you are having a dental emergency that requires immediate care, please call our office at 773.334.2150. If our office is closed, and you are having a dental emergency that requires immediate care, call 847.899.0394 and leave your name and number. We will return your call as soon as possible, most likely within 15 to 30 minutes. |
