| Our dental office is located on Lincoln Avenue in the Lincoln Square Mall between Leland and Lawrence Avenues. We are on the west side of Lincoln Avenue, across the street and just a few steps away from the fountain at Giddings Plaza. If you take CTA, we are located near the Western Avenue stop on the Brown Line. There are also a number of nearby bus lines, including the Western (#49), Lincoln (#11), and Lawrence (#81) line. If you come by car, there is limited metered street parking available across from our office. There are also two city lots with meters located adjacent to the Western Avenue Brown Line station. |

If our office is closed, and you are having a dental emergency that requires immediate care, call 847.899.0394 and leave your name and number. We will return your call as soon as possible, most likely within 15 to 30 minutes. |
